Ms. Winkleblack has been an active member of the Arizona State Bar since 2015. Her practice areas include commercial, real estate, and construction litigation. Ms. Winkleblack’s clients include individuals and companies engaged in real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, food and beverage, insurance, construction, and financial services.
Ms. Winkleblack's litigation practice focuses on real estate, non-disclosure, broker liability, construction defects, title disputes, liens and encumbrances, landlord-tenant matters, HOA disputes, contract disputes, and general business disputes. Ms. Winkleblack is an empathetic, efficient, and adaptable practitioner who enthusiastically serves clients on matters ranging from small to large.
Prior to entering civil practice, Ms. Winkleblack was an active duty Captain in the JAG Corps of the U.S. Air Force. She honed her litigation skills representing the U.S. Government and individual Airmen in misdemeanor and felony-level courts-martial in the United States, England, Germany, and Italy. While many civil litigation lawyers never see the inside of a courtroom, Ms. Winkleblack has argued in dozens of proceedings before judges and juries alike. She will employ discipline, energy, and experience to the prosecution or defense of your case.
